Marcus’s background includes experience in engineering, consulting, sales and marketing, so he personally understands both candidate and client needs. His drive, persistence and high standards have made him one of the top recruiters in the industry.
As the son of an electrical engineer and pro football player (for the Kansas City Chiefs), Marcus followed in his father’s footsteps by also becoming an outstanding student-athlete, learning at an early age how to be disciplined, focused and successful. He attended the University of Michigan with a full academic scholarship, and participated in a range of leadership and athletic activities while working toward an engineering degree.
Before becoming an executive recruiter, Marcus held positions at Ford, GM and Georgetown University and was president and CEO of a technical services firm. He has been profiled in the Washington Post and the Investor’s Business Daily for his business savvy and market awareness.

In 2012, Diavia joined Webster & Webster Associates and brought with her a strong expertise in recruiting, sales and operations. Along with her drive and commitment for excellence, she has a passion for quickly understanding the needs of our team, clients and candidates alike. Her passion extends beyond our work, to the greater community. She is involved with several career development non-profit organizations. Diavia is a Baltimore Ravens football fan, loves spending time with family, traveling and playing piano.
